| severance pay, layoffs and overtime. | |||||
| Differential | Weekend $1.50 more per hour on a Sat. or Sun. | ||||

| Grievance Process | A. Employees shall not be disciplined, suspended or | ||||
| discharged without just cause. It is the right of | |||||
| employees to have the shop steward at disciplinary | |||||
| meetings and at investigatory meetings which may | |||||
| lead to disciplinary actions. | |||||
| B. Discipline expires one year after one year provided | |||||
