Join the Women's Committee First Virtual Learning Session: Parenting During COVID

The Women's Committee would like to invite you to our first Virtual Learning and Sharing Session, entitled “Parenting During COVID” on August 26 at 6:30 PM. Union Coalition Wins Extension of Childcare Benefit for Kaiser Workers

After weeks of negotiations, the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions (of which OPEIU is a member) successfully negotiated for the reinstatement of the childcare benefit, effective August 17 through December 19, 2020. The childcare benefit, originally set to expire in June 2020, has supported over 21,000 Coalition households as workers fight on the frontline of the pandemic.
